Today I am going to share How can you hack your daily habits. IT Sound too odd and unrealistics but it is possible to hack your daily habits.
let us understand that what is habit ? according to dictionary.
-> A settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.
But it is possible that you can change your habit according to your choice. Habit is made by usually doing of work or facinatated of doing some things. The work which is easy to done and feel comfortable called habit.
At first you need to understand that what you want to do and what make you feel good ?
There is something that you need to do but you don’t have intrested to do like reading in the morning time, doing homework and sleeping early in the bed.
mostly people have habit of sleeping at too night. some people cannot go to toilet without smoke or mobile phone. There are many bad habits that make our daily life worst.
Habit cannot be formed by doing at a one time or two times. It needs a lot of time and need practices and it is not easy work to do so.
people are addicated with alcohol and drugs is totally lost of control on own habits.
IT Is too much hard to came out from addication from the life. people gets knowledge when they are totally lose their life and went to jail and they get realized. some habits had make us far from every things and at last from the world.
I really want to said that habit is made by us and can be possible to leave too. we are humans and have super natural power to do any things so, it is our wise . let me repeat again, habit is our wise to make and do.
our wise and goodness is our choice , life demand is our personality and job is our passion. earning is our sources to move on.
why people cannot leave those habit that make them worst day to day ?
-> once ask your-self, why are you so crazy that you making your life worst than present time. ASK YOUR self that , Have you born from same condition or change of time make you like this.
no na, your aren’t born from habit but you have made that habit. why don’t you leave those habit that spoil your life and your business ?
Think it again why don’t you leave those that distrubing you to move forward in the step of your life.
I GIVE YOU HUNDRED PERCENT SURE that you need to start from today to leave those habit that distrub you .
YOU need to say yourself , that i am leaving you and never return back to you.
we can leave those things because it is under control by us. we are not under control by that those things around us.
